General Operating
To increase the organization’s capacity to provide its programs and services to more families and children

THRIVE (The Hurricane Recovery Initiative for Victory & Empowerment)
To support Mississippi Families for Kids services to families displaced by Hurricane Katrina

National Adoption Awareness Month
To sponsor activities hosted by Mississippi Families for Kids in celebration of National Adoption Awareness Month during November of each year

Church Network
To support Mississippi Families for Kids in providing programs and services to churches throughout the state to strengthen their outreach ministries to families and communities

Adoptive Families Retreat
To support this annual event providing adopted kids and their new families with the opportunity to get away for a day-long or weekend retreat to strengthen bonds through recreation and training workshops

Wendy’s Children’s Golf Classic
To build awareness of the need for adoption and to find and maintain permanent homes for children who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned
